Please find it in your heart to help Alfie's heart. Alfie is a lovely 16 week old homeless Golden Retriever puppy who has a very rare heart condition and needs £3,000 for an operation. He is being fostered by Emma Foxall - who has sent us Alfie's 'Alfie gets anything he wants' picture.
