Lead Times & Dispatch
As most of our products are made in-house, nearly all items are produced to order. With a wide choice of designs, sizes, backings, and colours, making items as needed allows us to ensure the best possible colour match, particularly important for faux fur, where natural batch variations can occur.
Our workshop turnaround is usually quick, with textile orders taking around 5 working days on average. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link, and UK mainland deliveries are typically attempted the following working day.
If your order is for a special occasion, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm timescales.
At peak times, particularly before Christmas, lead times may be extended slightly, so we recommend ordering early. International delivery times can vary depending on customs clearance, which is beyond our control.
