To make sure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please place your order by 17th December.
As many of our items are made to order, this cut-off date allows us enough time to carefully produce your items, carry out quality checks, and dispatch them ahead of the festive rush.

Why is an order deadline important
• Most of our products are made specifically for you
• Fabrics (especially faux fur) can vary slightly between batches, so matching items are produced together
• Couriers experience very high demand in the lead-up to Christmas
Placing your order by 17th December gives your items the best chance of arriving in time for Christmas.

Ordering after 17th December
Orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. We will, of course, do our very best, but delivery times may be affected by:
• Extended production times during peak periods
• Courier delays
• Customs clearance for international orders

Buying a Christmas gift?
If your order is for a Christmas present, we strongly recommend ordering as early as possible. If you’re unsure about timings or have a specific requirement, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll be happy to advise.

International Orders
International delivery times vary and are often influenced by customs processing in the destination country, which is outside of our control. For overseas orders, we recommend ordering well in advance of 17th December.
