Packaging

We are committed to reducing waste wherever possible and therefore keep our packaging to an absolute minimum. As we don’t sell through retail stores, there’s no need for excessive display packaging or plastic elements. Instead, each product is protected with a simple polythene sleeve and a small label showing the size.

Orders are dispatched using recycled boxes whenever available. When reused cartons aren’t accessible, we source boxes with printing faults or surplus packaging originally made for other purposes. For this reason, your delivery may arrive in a box previously intended for items such as coffee, stationery, or confectionery.

By avoiding unnecessary packaging, we reduce waste and keep our prices competitive. We also encourage customers to reuse or recycle packaging where possible, from repurposing boxes to reusing bags or paper for everyday needs.

Smaller orders may be sent in grey or black dispatch bags, which are made using a high percentage of recycled material. We continue to explore more sustainable options as they become available.
