Delivery

All our products are made to order in our design studios in the UK -  please allow up to 28 days for delivery but products are normally dispatched within 7 - 10 days. We will send a confirmation email with the Parcelforce parcel number so that you can track progress.

Fabric is usually sent next day by Parcelforce 48 (or recorded delivery for smaller parcels.)

Outside UK deliveries are by Parcelforce Worldwide.

Europe -please allow 5 - 10 days from dispatch

USA - please allow 5 - 14 days from dispatch

Asia/Australasia - please allow 15 - 21 days from dispatch.

All import duites and taxes of the country are payable by the customer

Refunds/Cancellations/Returns

Refunds from returned products/goods will be made by the same transaction method by which the product was originally purchased. That is, if payment was by credit/debit card, the refund will be refunded to that credit/debit card. A cheque will be refunded by a cheque.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned/cancelled goods and we will email you to say the transaction has been completed. You may cancel your order at any time up to dispatch, and return products for any reason up to seven days from delivery date. However tailor made items cannot be returned unless faulty.

You must notify us of cancellation or return, and return the goods in complete, unused and ‘as new’ condition. The goods should be returned in the same packaging with your details (so we know where it has come from in order to be able to send you your refund).

Important information for returns outside Europe

International - Please boldly label the parcel 'Returned Goods' or it may be subject to import duty, VAT and extra handling charges, charged by Customes and Excise and could be as much as £100, which is the customer's responsibility (see terms and conditions)  *

* Although we will endeavour to recover these costs from Customs and Excise (where applicable) on behalf of the customer we have no obligation to do this. It is a long complicated, protracted procedure and may take as long as 6 weeks.
